Join Coach Alyce Ooi for swim-specific dryland training exercises every Tuesday & Friday 7-8AM. Ongoing and held throughout MCO 3.0, follow these exercises to keep your body in top condition for swimming for when we can return to the pool again. These exercises will work on your core stability.
